Pay By Credit Card

There are no additional fees to pay your water bill by credit card either through our secure online payment or by phone. Call 303-792-9509 to pay over the phone or pay online at XpressBillPay (a third party service provider).  This is a NEW billing service provider.  Please create an account when first accessing the site.  Use the link below for step by step instructions!


Pay by Check, Cash or Automatic Electronic-Funds Transfer
You can bring the payment, or mail your payment, to the management office located at 188 Inverness Drive East #150, Englewood, CO 80112 (use the return envelope that comes with the bill). We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and credit card payments.

You can also sign up for electronic funds-transfer (EFT) to automatically pay your water bill each month. Here’s how it works. Access our NEW billing service provider, XpressBillPay, and access your account.  If you haven't set one up yet, it is really simple and fast!  Use the 'Create New Account' in the white box to the right of the screen. 

Late Fee: There is a 3% late fee on past-due bills.

District Disconnect Policy: If your account has a balance 30 days past due, your account is considered delinquent and is subject to shut off. You will continue to receive a monthly bill showing current charges. Past due balances are due immediately. The District mails a delinquent notice on a yellow form and payment for any past due is due at noon of the disconnect date. If water has been turned off an involuntary disconnect fee of $50 will be added to the account and is due along with the FULL BALANCE in order to reconnect service. If payment is received in our office after 2:30 pm, reconnection will occur the following day. Please contact us should you have any questions at 303-792-9509.
