Water Conservation Plan

The Board of Directors of the Cottonwood Water and Sanitation District (“District”) has adopted a Water Conservation Plan effective May 1, 2003. The plan focus is on reducing in-building use through an increasing block rate pricing structure. In addition, the plan provides for cash incentives for the installation of low flow fixtures. Below is a description of the plan.
