open from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm, however we ask that you arrive
at 7:00 am to attend the safety briefing, help with set-up, and eat breakfast.
If you are available for the afternoon session or the full-day session plan to
stay until 4:30 pm to help with teardown and clean up of the site. Volunteers are provided
with breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day. Volunteers
also have access to the Drop & Swap to take home materials that you may
be able to use such as paint, pesticides, and fertilizers. If you are
interested in helping out, please fill out the attached volunteer
registration form and send it back to me by September 7, 2007. I will
contact you the week of the event with confirmation and
details regarding parking and directions to the facility. If you know of
any other persons or organizations that may have an interest in
volunteering email me their contact information so that I can get a Volunteer
Registration Form to them. If you would like more information
